The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which entails the use of antigen-coated polystylene plates and enayme-labeled anti-immunoglobulin, was applied for the detention of antibodies against Sendai virus in mire. The whole virus was used as the antigen, and anti-viral antibody to Sendai virus was detected by boat anti-mouse 1gG labeled with Horse Radish Peroxidase(HRPO), and tire optimal conditions for this ELISA system were determined.
